- Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- (1st year), Rs. 35,000/- (2nd year), Rs. 40,000/- (3rd year with extension)
- Project Engineer – I
- Electronics: 6 posts (POST CODE: PEEL)
- Mechanical: 4 posts (POST CODE: PEME)
- Computer Science: 1 post (POST CODE: PECS)
- Electrical: 1 post (POST CODE: PELE)
- Civil: 1 post (POST CODE: PECL)
- Age Limit: 32 years (as of 01.08.2025)
- Experience: 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience
- Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- (1st year), Rs. 45,000/- (2nd year), Rs. 50,000/- (3rd year), Rs. 55,000/- (4th year with extension)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 4-year BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg. in the relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution with Pass Class.
- Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, etc.
- Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering.
- Computer Science: Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
- Electrical: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics.
- Civil: Civil Engineering.
- Documents: All semester mark sheets and degree certificates are mandatory. CGPA/DGPA candidates must provide a conversion certificate.
Terms of Engagement
- Tenure: Trainee Engineers for 2 years (extendable by 1 year); Project Engineers for 3 years (extendable by 1 year).
- Additional Benefits: Rs. 12,000/- per year for insurance, attire, and footwear allowances (paid in two installments). A 10% area allowance for postings outside Hyderabad without BEL units.
- Retention Bonus: Project Engineers completing 4 years receive Rs. 1,00,000/-; Trainee Engineers completing 3 years receive Rs. 25,000/-.
- Application Fee: Rs. 177 for Trainee Engineer, Rs. 472 for Project Engineer (no fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
