Selection Process

The selection process for the IREL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025 is merit-based, focusing on the candidates’ academic performance in their qualifying examinations. The steps include:

  1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks scored in their respective educational qualifications (B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI).

  3. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination and be declared “Medically Fit” by IREL’s Medical Officer.

Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. The stipend ranges are:

  • Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month
  • Technician Apprentices: ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month
  • Trade Apprentices: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month
