Pay Scale

The salary for these positions varies based on the post and pay level, as per the 7th Pay Commission:

• Technical Assistant: Pay Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400/month)
• Sub Officer: Pay Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/month)
• Technician B: Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100/month)
• Heavy Vehicle Driver A: Pay Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200/month)
• Light Vehicle Driver A: Pay Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200/month)

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Provident Fund, medical facilities, and other benefits as per ISRO norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Technical Assistant (Mechanical/Electronics): Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Sub Officer: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) + Sub Officer’s Certificate with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or Leading Fireman/DCOs with 6 years of experience and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Technician B (Turner/Fitter/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic): SSLC/SSC pass with ITI/NTC/NAC in the relevant trade.
• Heavy Vehicle Driver A: SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th pass with 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Heavy Vehicle Driver, and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Light Vehicle Driver A: SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th pass with 3 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Driver and a valid Light Vehicle Driving License.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
