Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Executive – Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 60% aggregate for general categories.
- Engineer/Officer Positions: B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines with at least 60% aggregate.
- Senior Positions: Higher qualifications in relevant fields with significant work experience.
- Age Limit:
- Junior Executive: Maximum 25 years.
- Engineer/Officer: Maximum 29 years.
- Senior Engineer: Maximum 34 years.
- Senior Manager: Maximum 42 years.
Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBCNCL/PwBD and other eligible categories as per government norms. The cut-off date for age calculation is January 15, 2025.

The selection process varies by position:

- Senior Engineers/Managers:
- Technical and Behavioral Competency Interviews
For positions requiring a CBT, it will assess General Aptitude and Technical/Professional Knowledge.
