Educational Qualifications:
- Management Trainee: First-Class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines such as Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Chemical, Civil, Business Development, Public Relations, Human Resources, Official Language, or Finance. For finance-related roles, qualifications like CA, ICWAI, or an MBA in Finance are required. Reserved category candidates need a minimum of 55% marks.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Degree in Law (LLB).
- Senior Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering.
Salary Details:
- Management Trainee: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month.
- Senior Manager (Civil): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month.
