  • Non-TSP Area:
    • Stenographer Grade III (Hindi): 110 posts
    • Stenographer Grade III (English): 8 posts
    • Stenographer Grade II (Hindi): 8 posts
  • TSP Area:
    • Stenographer Grade III (Hindi): 11 posts
    • Stenographer Grade III (English): 3 posts
    • Stenographer Grade II (Hindi): 4 posts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent recognized board.
    • Proficiency in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects are required.
    • Additionally, candidates should possess one of the following computer qualifications:
      • “O” or Higher-Level Certificate Course from DOEACC.
      • COPA or DPCS certification.
      • Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Application from a recognized institution.
      • RSCIT certificate conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota.
      • Other equivalent computer qualifications.
  • Age Limit:
    • Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2026.
    • Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:
      • SC/ST/OBC/EWS: 5 years
      • Women: 5 years
      • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 5 years

  • General and OBC candidates: ₹750
  • OBC NCL or EWS candidates: ₹600
  • SC and ST candidates: ₹450

Selection Process:
