- Clerk: – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university – 120-hour computer course OR O-Level from DOEACC/NIELIT – Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a subject
- Clerk I.T.: Same as Clerk + additional I.T. related qualification/experience advantage
