Selection Process
- Computer Based Online Test (CBoT) – 150 MCQs (100 Technical + 50 General Aptitude), 2 hours → Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer → Weightage: 85%
- Personal Interview – Weightage: 15%
- Final merit = 85% CBT + 15% Interview
Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT:
- UR/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: 50% (for reserved posts)

Salary & Benefits
- During 1-year Training: Stipend ≈ ₹40,000 Basic + DA (51.8%) + HRA + 20% Perks
- On Absorption (Grade-II Assistant Manager): → Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 → Approximate CTC: ₹15.55 Lakh per annum → Other benefits: DA, HRA/Company Accommodation, 33% Perks, PF, Gratuity, Medical, Pension, etc.
