Eligibility Criteria (As per NMC & CGPSC Notification)
1. Educational Qualification
As per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms (latest notification applicable as on date of appointment):

2. Experience Required
- For MD/MS/DNB candidates: Minimum 1 year as Senior Resident in concerned subject in NMC-recognized institute OR equivalent experience as Tutor/Demonstrator (if PG degree holder) OR 2 years as Specialist/Medical Officer in Govt hospital (>220 beds) without SR experience (must complete Basic Course in Biomedical Research within 2 years)
- For DM/MCh candidates: Only Basic Course in Biomedical Research required
3. Registration
Valid registration with MCI / NMC / Chhattisgarh Medical Council in the concerned specialty
4. Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Minimum: 25 years
- Maximum: 40 years (for Chhattisgarh domicile)
- Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC (CG domicile) → 5 years | PwD → up to 15 years total
