The selection process varies by post:
- Grade C & Most Grade B Posts:
- Phase I: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 100 marks (85% weightage).
- Qualifying Marks: 50% (UR/OBC/EWS), 40% (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (extra time for PwBD candidates).
- Phase II: Personal Interview (PI) – 15 marks (15% weightage, no qualifying marks).
- Candidates shortlisted for PI in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT marks.
- Phase I: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 100 marks (85% weightage).
- Senior Officer (Security): Personal Interview only.
