The Indian Navy has announced a recruitment drive for 270 Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer positions under the ST 26 Course, scheduled to commence in January 2026 at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala.   1. Executive Branch:

    • General Service (GS(X)) / Hydro Cadre: 60 positions
    • Pilot: 26 positions
    • Naval Air Operations Officer (NAOO): 22 positions
    • Air Traffic Controller (ATC): 18 positions
    • Logistics: 28 positions

  2. Education Branch:

    • Education: 15 positions

  3. Technical Branch:

    • Engineering Branch (General Service): 38 positions
    • Electrical Branch (General Service): 45 positions
    • Naval Constructor: 18 positions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degree. Specific educational requirements vary by branch and can be found in the detailed notification.

  • Age Limit: Age requirements differ by branch. For instance, for the General Service (GS(X)) / Hydro Cadre, candidates should be born between January 2, 2001, and July 1, 2006. Detailed age criteria for each branch are provided in the official notification.
