The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS) has announced a recruitment drive for 39 positions, comprising 9 Research Associates and 30 Junior Research Fellows, as per Advertisement No. INCOIS/RMT/01/2025.   • Research Associate
    • Number of Posts: 9
    • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of January 1, 2025
    • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Seismology, Physics, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Oceanic Sciences, Marine Sciences, Marine Biology, Atmospheric Sciences, Climate Sciences, Meteorology, Oceanography, Physical Oceanography, Chemical Oceanography, or Mathematics. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the aforementioned disciplines with at least three years of research/teaching/design and development experience and a minimum of two research papers in SCI journals.
    • Salary: ₹67,000 per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA)
  • Junior Research Fellow
    • Number of Posts: 30
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of January 1, 2025
    • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant fields.
    • Salary: ₹37,000 per month plus HRA

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC candidates: 3 years
  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates: 5 years

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected through a written test and/or interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email regarding the interview schedule.
