Job Responsibilities
The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the Qmin Café, ensuring compliance with company standards in all café operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the café team
Analyzes sales, labour, inventory and controllable on a continual basis, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets
Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis
Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work
Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the café team
Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met
Job Requirements
‘Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
The ability and willingness to deliver services effectively and efficiently in order to put the spirit of customer (internal or external) service into practice. The output of all work is accurate and meets or exceeds internal standards and the needs of both internal and external customers.
